TRAILER: "The Young Ancestors"

A new film, The Young Ancestors, explores the journey of young people learning their language from their elders.

Here is the trailer for an incredible film The Young Ancestors. It talks about the important issue of Indigenous language revitalization and the need for us to put our young people in the centre of our language work. It follows the story of a group of Native American teens who are trying to re-learn their traditional tongue.
